PAYMENT

  1. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.
  2. For online orders you may pay by supplying your credit/debit card details on our secure online ordering system.  You may also choose to pay via Internet Banking. 
  3. Creative Gift Baskets have the highest level of security.
  4. All payments for goods must be made when the order is placed.  We are unable to reserve or dispatch goods before payment is received.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Unfortunately Creative Gift Baskets cannot take responsibility for late delivery of any gifts due to:

  1. Adverse weather conditions
  2. Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
  3. Traffic congestion
  4. Or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

SUBSTITUTION & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We promise to use the products as advertised online. If for any reason a product within the basket or gift is out of stock, we will replace that product with another of the same value and quality as close to the original.   Our team will take the utmost care in preparing and processing your order.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Orders must be cancelled before 10am day of dispatch. A full refund will be credited, except if:-

  • The order is a large corporate order.
  • The gift is custom-made or contents changed to your requirements.
  • Orders placed by phone or email.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

This will depend on the reason why the gift has not been accepted by receiver.
