• We promise to use the products as advertised online. If for any reason a product is out of stock, we promise to replace that product with another as close to it as we possibly can, and one of similar or greater value.

• We promise to take the utmost care in preparing and processing your order.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your gift:

• Gifts may be exchanged for gifts to the same value.
• Unwanted gifts must be returned within 5 working days of purchase.
• Unwanted gifts must be unused.
• Please note: Food products example cakes, cheese pates, fruits also flowers, and any other perishable items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Delivery policy

At creative gift baskets and boxes North Shore, Auckland, we will try our best to have your products couriered within the desired time frame.

Allow time for delivery when ordering, the courier service being a separate company is not within our control.  Most couriers have a track and trace service.

Please ensure delivery details provided are correct. We assume no liability if incomplete or incorrect details are provided.
