North Shore Bays
(Same day delivery 7 days) Free delivery for gifts over $30.00 (see areas below)
Torbay, Browns Bay, Rothesay Bay, Mairangi Bay, Castor Bay, Campbells Bay, Murrays Bay
North Shore Central $7.00 (delivery ends at Albany Central)
(Same day delivery for orders in by 12 noon)
(Saturday delivery orders in by 9am Saturday morning)
Auckland Metropolitan $8.50 (same day delivery for orders in by 12 noon)
Please note that areas such as Pukekohe, Beachlands, Kumeu, Riverhead, Helensville, Kaipara, Kaukapakapa,Whangaparaoa,Hibiscus Coast, and parts of Titirangi fall outside "Auckland Metropolitan" areas delivered next day. Also check if rural delivery as some of these areas are.

Saturday delivery: Over night North Island and South Island please add $6.00 extra to your delivery price for Saturday delivery.
Rural Delivery Anywhere in New Zealand Allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. Two couriers needed, extra $6.00 for these areas. Add the extra $6.00 by ticking the box in the Shopping Cart when placing your order.
Delivery Times North Island: Overnight delivered next day
South Island: Overnight delivered next day Allow time to place your orders for Christmas, Mothers Day, Valentines day, Father's Day etc
Rural Deliveries: additional 1-3 days longer depending on Rural Courier schedules.
Urgent courier (please email or telephone to arrange) Available Monday to Friday. Does not apply to rural deliveries.
Incorrect Addresses: You will be charged a re-direction fee if the original address provided by you is incorrect, so please check that you have the correct delivery address to save time and unnecessary hassles. You are responsible for giving us the correct address.
Hospital Delivery:Please provide ward number and correct name (female patient might have checked in under their married name or maiden name). Please check with the hospital first, as often patient has checked out of the hospital by the time gift arrives. Flowers are delivered separately from gift baskets because they are styled by local florists. Gifts shown on our website are unique to Creative Gift Baskets North Shore, Auckland.
Apartments:some apartments are security coded, there is no access.. Please ensure that someone will be home to receive the gift. A re-direction fee will apply if couriers need to go back to apartment again to deliver gift.
PO Box Nos:Couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO boxes unless the receiver has an arrangement with the local post office to hold their parcels for them for collection. Rural post boxes may be taken care of by Post Office for deliveries to rural or hard-to-reach places. Provide phone number of receiver encase contact necessary.
